Are Temporary Visas, Like Student Visas or Schengen Visas, Accepted?
Temporary visas, such as student visas or Schengen visas, are not accepted. You must be a citizen or a resident of one of the targeted countries for this year.
I am a citizen or a resident of a country not mentioned here, can I apply on the platform?
The list of serviced countries can be found on the ‘Serviced Country’ tab. If your country is not listed on the platform, you can apply through the Hajj missions in Islamic countries.

Are There Any Age Restrictions?
Yes, pilgrims under the age of 12 are not accepted for Hajj this year 1447 AH – 2025 AD
I have a previous account from last year. Can I use it?
Yes, you can use your registered account from last year.
Can I delete my account after registration?
Yes, you can delete your account by clicking on the ‘Delete Account’ in your profile. However, please ensure to withdraw any remaining balance in your eWallet and delink or delete family members to proceed with deleting your account. By doing so, all records and data will be deleted permanently.
When Can I See the Details of the Packages and the Booking Process?
The availability of packages and the booking process will be announced at a later date. Please follow the latest news through the platform to know when the packages will be available and how to book them. What Services Are Included in the Package?
M Zahid Travel offers a wide variety of Hajj packages to cater to the different needs of pilgrims. These packages range from all-inclusive packages to Mashair packages, which only include basic services within the sacred Mashair (Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat).
What is the benefit of choosing the package category?
Choosing the package category allows you easy access to the package that suits your preferences when made available.
Can I purchase the package by contacting the service providers?
No, the package must be purchased only through Nusuk Hajj platform.
Can I purchase the package without topping up the wallet?
No, you cannot. You must top up the wallet and make payments through it.
What are the available methods for topping up the wallet?
The available methods for topping up the wallet are through bank cards (Visa – MasterCard) and bank transfers.
I have family members who were added; is the wallet shared among us?
There is no shared wallet; topping up the wallet and making payments are the responsibility of the family admin and the wallet balance is linked to them.
Is it possible to request a refund for the balance in the wallet?
Yes, you can request a refund for the wallet balance. Before the refund, the refund terms will be displayed, and have to read them carefully and approve them, noting that a 2% transaction fee will be deducted. M Zahid Travel has no authority on refunds for packages.
I have a balance in my wallet; can I join as a family member in another account and use the balance?
If you have a separate account and a balance in the wallet, you cannot join as a family member directly. You must first apply for a refund of the balance and then join them.
I have a balance in my wallet; can I transfer it to another wallet?
You cannot transfer the balance to another wallet.
