What are the next steps after my registration?
After you complete your registration, the Nusuk platform will review and verify your information. Once the process is complete, you will receive updates regarding the status of your application.
Are temporary visas, like student or Schengen visas, accepted?
No. Temporary visas, including student visas and Schengen visas, are not accepted for Nusuk Hajj registration. Applicants must be citizens or legal residents of one of the countries approved for the current Hajj season.
My country is not listed. Can I apply on the platform?
Eligibility depends on the list of countries approved for the current Hajj season. If your country is not included, you may still be able to apply through your country’s official Hajj mission or authorised Hajj authority.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. For Hajj 1448 AH (2027), children under the age of 12 are not eligible to perform Hajj through the Nusuk platform. Age requirements may change in future years, so always check the latest official guidance.
I have an account from last year. Can I use it?
Yes. If you already have a registered Nusuk account from a previous Hajj season, you can continue using the same account. Make sure your personal details and contact information are up to date.
Can I delete my account after registration?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time by selecting “Delete Account” within your profile settings. You must first withdraw any remaining eWallet balance and remove any linked family members. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
When can I see package details and the booking process?
Official Hajj package details and booking information will be announced through the Nusuk platform at a later date. Subscribing to updates is the best way to hear about package availability and booking dates.
What services are included in the package?
M Zahid Travel offers a range of Hajj packages to suit different budgets, including all-inclusive packages and Mashair-only packages that focus on essential services in Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat. Inclusions vary by category.
Can I buy a package by contacting the service provider directly?
No. Hajj packages cannot be purchased directly from service providers. All bookings must be completed through the official Nusuk Hajj platform.
Can I buy a package without topping up the wallet?
No. All package payments must be made through the Nusuk wallet, so you will need to add funds using one of the approved payment methods before purchasing.
How can I top up the Nusuk wallet?
Pilgrims can add funds using approved payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers. Available options may vary depending on your location.
Is the wallet shared with family members on my account?
Each family group uses a single wallet managed by the family administrator, who is responsible for adding funds and making payments.
Can I get a refund of my wallet balance?
Yes. You can request a refund of any remaining balance after accepting the refund terms. A 2% transaction fee may be deducted. Refunds are managed by Nusuk and its authorised service providers, not by M Zahid Travel.
Can I transfer my wallet balance to another wallet?
No. Funds held in a Nusuk wallet cannot be transferred to another wallet or account, but you may be able to request a refund.
