What is Nusuk Hajj?

Nusuk Hajj is the one-stop-shop platform overseen by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, that offers pilgrims from serviced countries a variety of Hajj packages, provided by authorized service providers, ensuring a seamless Hajj experience.

Specific Countries Will Be Targeted on a Yearly Basis. You Can View This List From Serviced Countries.

Registering on the platform does not mean that you will be accepted for Hajj. Packages and payment will be available at a later time. Please subscribe to the newsletter to follow up on the opening dates for reservations.

The submitted data will be verified and you will be notified of updates. We ask you to follow the latest news on the platform and subscribe to the newsletter to receive the latest updates.

Temporary visas, such as student visas or Schengen visas, are not accepted. You must be a citizen or a resident of one of the targeted countries for this year.

The list of serviced countries can be found on the ‘Serviced Country’ tab. If your country is not listed on the platform, you can apply through the Hajj missions in Islamic countries.

Yes, pilgrims under the age of 12 are not accepted for Hajj this year 1447 AH – 2025 AD

Yes, you can use your registered account from last year.

Yes, you can delete your account by clicking on the ‘Delete Account’ in your profile. However, please ensure to withdraw any remaining balance in your eWallet and delink or delete family members to proceed with deleting your account. By doing so, all records and data will be deleted permanently.

M Zahid Travel offers a wide variety of Hajj packages to cater to the different needs of pilgrims. These packages range from all-inclusive packages to Mashair packages, which only include basic services within the sacred Mashair (Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat).

Choosing the package category allows you easy access to the package that suits your preferences when made available.

No, the package must be purchased only through the Nusuk Hajj platform.

No, you cannot. You must top up the wallet and make payments through it.

The available methods for topping up the wallet are through bank cards (Visa – MasterCard) and bank transfers.

There is no shared wallet; topping up the wallet and making payments are the responsibility of the family admin and the wallet balance is linked to them.

Yes, you can request a refund for the wallet balance. Before the refund, the refund terms will be displayed, and you have to read them carefully and approve them, noting that a 2% transaction fee will be deducted. M Zahid Travel has no authority on refunds for packages.

If you have a separate account and a balance in the wallet, you cannot join as a family member directly. You must first apply for a refund of the balance and then join them.

You cannot transfer the balance to another wallet.
