The platform offers a variety of Hajj packages that pilgrims can choose from, book, and pay for directly through a secure and integrated digital experience.

No. Registering on the Nusuk platform does not guarantee acceptance for Hajj. Package availability and payment options are usually released at a later stage.

Therefore, pilgrims should complete their registration early and subscribe to updates so they can stay informed about reservation opening dates and important announcements.

After you complete your registration, the Nusuk platform will review and verify your information. Once the process is complete, you will receive updates regarding the status of your application.

In the meantime, we recommend following the latest news on the platform and subscribing to updates so you do not miss important announcements.

No. Temporary visas, including student visas and Schengen visas, are not accepted for Nusuk Hajj registration. Instead, applicants must be citizens or legal residents of one of the countries approved for the current Hajj season.
Eligibility depends on the list of countries approved for the current Hajj season. You can check the latest serviced countries on the relevant Nusuk page.

However, if your country is not included, you may still be able to apply through your country’s official Hajj mission or authorised Hajj authority.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time by selecting “Delete Account” within your profile settings.

Before deleting your account, however, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your eWallet and remove any linked family members. Once the account has been deleted, all associated records and data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Official Hajj package details and booking information will be announced through the Nusuk platform at a later date. Until then, pilgrims should follow the latest updates and announcements to stay informed.

M Zahid Travel offers a range of Hajj packages designed to suit different budgets and requirements. Options may include all-inclusive packages as well as Mashair-only packages that focus on essential services within Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat.

Furthermore, package inclusions can vary depending on the category selected. Pilgrims should review the full package details carefully before completing their booking.

Selecting a package category helps you identify the Hajj package that best matches your needs, preferences, and budget. As a result, finding the most suitable option becomes easier once packages are released on the Nusuk platform.

In addition, choosing a category early can help simplify the booking process and save time when reservations become available.

No. Hajj packages cannot be purchased directly from service providers. Instead, all bookings must be completed through the official Nusuk Hajj platform.

This process helps ensure transparency, security, and compliance with the official Hajj booking requirements. Therefore, pilgrims should use Nusuk to select and purchase their chosen package.

All package payments must be made through the Nusuk wallet. Before purchasing a Hajj package, you will need to add funds to your wallet using one of the approved payment methods.

As a result, the Nusuk platform can process payments securely and manage bookings more efficiently.

Pilgrims can add funds to their Nusuk wallet using approved payment methods, including VisaMastercard, and bank transfers.

In addition, the available payment options may vary depending on your location and the services supported by the Nusuk platform at the time of payment.

No, each family group uses a single wallet that is managed by the family administrator. Therefore, adding funds and making payments remain the responsibility of the family admin.

In addition, the wallet balance is linked to the family administrator’s account and cannot be accessed separately by other family members.

Yes. Pilgrims can request a refund for any remaining balance in their Nusuk wallet. Before the refund is processed, you will be asked to review and accept the applicable refund terms and conditions.

However, a 2% transaction fee may be deducted from the refunded amount. In addition, M Zahid Travel does not control or approve refunds relating to Hajj packages, as these are managed through the official Nusuk platform and its authorised service providers.

If you have funds remaining in your Nusuk wallet, you cannot immediately join another account as a family member. Instead, you must first request a refund for the available balance.

Once the refund has been processed, you can then be added as a family member to another account and continue with the registration process.

No. Funds held within a Nusuk wallet cannot be transferred to another wallet or account.

However, if you no longer require the balance, you may be able to request a refund in accordance with the applicable refund terms and conditions.
