M Zahid has been the best choice for us. He has been beyond helpful in looking after us. He has gone above and beyond what our initial package includes. He has provided proper Indian food for the whole group out of his own pocket. He has constantly made sure that we are all looked after well.

Yes, absolutely all the support provided which was not part of the package was fantastic and very much appreciated.

Alhamdulillah, the package was excellent—honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Logistically, everything ran perfectly and without any issues, although we understand this is largely managed by ALJ. However, Moulana Hisham did an exceptional job of keeping everyone informed throughout. We also appreciate Zahid Mama/Inam’s constant care and concern for the group, which truly reflected his understanding and commitment to ensuring each hujjaj was comfortable and that the Hajj experience was seamless. It was especially appreciated to have desi food available in both Makkah and Azizyah, which made things much easier for us. Overall, the trip was fantastic, and thanks to the efforts of Moulana Hisham and Zahid Mama, it genuinely felt like a family trip. Alhamdulillah, I would definitely recommend Zahid Mama’s package next year, provided it is promoted as well as Al Bait. May all our duas be accepted and may we all be granted a Hajj Mabroor.

Couldn't have asked for a better group leader than Hisham. Perfect balance of doing our trip collectively as a group and alone when desired. Many situations turn into ease for us all due to Hishams urgency in getting things done efficiently. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great time with the group.
